      Pros

      Culture: Everyone has a can-do attitude and are VERY FUN to work with! Vision is very clear and we CAN make a difference in our clients lives I recently started working at Lifesprk and wish I would have joined years ago!!!

      Cons

      Be ready to work a lot (not necessarily a con) but there may be some late nights!

      Pros

      I've been working with Lifesprk for many years now and I still come to work excited for what the day has to offer. Lifesprk encourages your to "seek the spark" not only for clients but for yourself as well. Great company that sees the value of fixing the current healthcare system. It feels amazing working for an organization that wants to make a difference in the community.

      Cons

      With any company that wants to make a difference you have to step outside the traditional way of thinking. Often times it leads to great things but you have to work through the "growing pains" as well. Lifesprk's leadership team does an awesome job of identifying areas that need improvement instead of hiding what needs to change. I don't think you get that with a lot of other companies.

      Pros

      The leadership team allows me to do what is most important--delivering Whole Person Senior Care. In my 15+ years working with seniors, I have never worked for an organization that lives by their Mission and Values like Lifesprk.

      Cons

      At this time, the company is experiencing aggressive growth. Overall, the experience has been favorable, but at times it is challenging learning the unique personality of each team member.
