Pros

Occasionally interesting projects, but nothing else.

Cons

The marketing director provided little guidance, leading to constant miscommunication and rework. There was no clear career path, and some promotions were based on favoritism rather than merit. Employees were expected to work long hours without recognition or additional compensation. Leadership ignored concerns, creating a frustrating and demoralizing work environment.

Products were good with top quality.

Cons

Strong gender discrimination. Upper management treats women terribly. We were belittled, mistreated, and harassed! I have never seen such unethical behavior coming from leadership.!
