Cons

weak management, managers rarely in the office, scope of responsibilities very unclear, toxic work environment, maximizing profit is prioritized over everything, low quality products, time wasted on too many meetings

Pros

The product concepts had potential.

Cons

Every design idea got nitpicked to death before it ever saw the light of day. I spent more time defending choices than actually creating anything. Even small changes had to go through multiple rounds of pointless approval. It was like trying to paint with ten people holding your brush.

Pros

Some products could have been great if leadership wasn't in the way

Cons

The product manager treated designers like robots instead of creatives. Every design was micromanaged to the point where it became a generic, uninspired mess. Instead of letting employees actually contribute ideas, leadership forced outdated concepts that nobody liked but them.
