Pros

Good product, strong reputation in the marketplace, sound financials, sales growth opportunity, good pay, innovative thinking.

Cons

With all they do that is good, senior leadership tends to switch sides among their own brands. It is a mentality (like the rest of the world) of, "what have you done for me lately" that mngt plays favorites. Likewise, the company spends a lot of time chasing the next best thing and never gets there.

Pros

they all try to teach me as much as possible. people there are very kind. they respect our work and it looks like a family.

Cons

the industry they are in is not hot. we do need houseware or kitchenware everyday, but compared to the growing business like IT, it just not that hot.

Pros

Free housewares, good co-workers, casual dress code, PTO offered is about average.

Cons

Chinese vendors, low raises, below average benefits, naive and cold management that constantly dumps work on you, nepotism abound, and high expectations......for very low pay.
