Pros

My co-workers were very talented and hard working individuals. It was a pleasure working with them

Cons

Management wouldn't think twice about throwing you under the bus to save their own skins. Design management was underqualified for the position and never made any attempts to "lead" or "mentor" individuals due to their lack of industry knowledge. Favoritism rules the roost here.

Pros

Interesting product lines with good brand names.

Cons

Not a good company to work for, especially if you are female or not related to the top executives.
