Pros

Work is easy and you get to sit in a chair for most, if not all, of the day

Cons

- management is petty and will talk badly about you behind your back to other staff - the customer is always right, even if the rules specifically say otherwise - no backing of staff from highest level of management

Pros

-the managers are highly qualified and make for an organized, productive and fun atmosphere -you get to talk to a lot of different people throughout the day -lots of opportunity to move up in company

Cons

-minimum wage as a receptionist -cleaning tasks are not fun but necessary part of the job in tennis -at times, people get mad with you for something you are not in control of
