Pros

This was a great place to work. I was in school full-time so they really worked with me to make sure I had enough hours and wasn't working too much that I couldn't keep up with classes. Great environment, social and comfortable setting.

Cons

some communication issues that can be handled better

Pros

Decent salary for a part time job as a coach. The rest of the employees were nice and sociable, which made it a nice work environment.

Cons

Almost no break time between all the classes being taught. In addition, the hours were not very flexible if something came up.

Pros

The Director of the facility is extremely helpful and has a large amount of trust in his employees. The atmosphere on staff is like a mini family and it is a lot of fun everyday to come in and see coworkers, both in the front office and out on court.

Cons

Some of the other employees do not have as much training so classes and camps can get a bit out of hand.
