Pros

The Director of the facility is extremely helpful and has a large amount of trust in his employees. The atmosphere on staff is like a mini family and it is a lot of fun everyday to come in and see coworkers, both in the front office and out on court.

Cons

Some of the other employees do not have as much training so classes and camps can get a bit out of hand.

Pros

Really nice people who were mostly great to work with. People would cover each other's shifts fairly regularly. Supervisor was very nice and understanding when I had occasional things come up or needed time off.

Cons

Some employees were grandfathered in who didn't really seem to have much of a purpose. The scheduling was sometimes a mess where nobody knew who was working until Monday of that week.

Pros

Good pay (especially for first time job) Boss/Directors have a lot of confidence in their instructors, it really does feel good. Great work environment with strong community support

Cons

Beginning instructors should be mentored for at least one full lesson cycle before they are allowed to lead their own class.
