Pros

Work in a different place almost everyday. Learn some decent skills when it comes portrait photography. Management is flexible schedule.

Cons

Very inconsistent schedule. Some days can be extremely early.

Pros

Direct coworkers & reports were great. They will keep full timers employed through the off season, unlike photographers.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work given. You'll legitimately do the work of 2 employees as a new hire. It's a sales job, they just don't tell you this. Toxic management all around, they'll get upset if you use PTO you earned. You'll make 600 phone calls a day and get zero support with your goals, even if you're brand new.
