Pros

Competitive pay, mileage reimbursements, creative work environment, incentive-based grading on photographs, room too grow within company, and an expandable pay rate (yearly increases in hourly rate based on performance)

Cons

Organization is a must because there are a lot of responsibilities including calling centers to confirm details, strong skills with computers are usually required, uploading center's photographs daily, very fast-paced on picture day, sometimes the teachers can be extremely rude or even condescending.
