It’s…. complicated

Pros

pays for your drive time (you will be driving A LOT), parking, and milage can be rewarding if you like kids can earn overtime (not that you literally every asked for any)

Cons

This company goes out of its way at every single step to understaff jobs, rush jobs, short people of hours. The poor pay also results in a general lack of care, and if you are someone who cares about doing good work regardless, you will be picking up everyone’s slack. We also regularly get verbally abused by teachers, directors, and partners who often do nothing if a child is physically attacking you or your equipment.
