Pros

Shutterfly coupons Company sales meetings People that genuinely care

Cons

Toxic work environment after Shutterfly acquisition which contributed to huge amount of stress and mental health difficulties. Unrealistic expectations - schools want fast, easy, accurate instead we give them more work and customer service is non existent yet as a sales professional you are the face of the problems and the solutions which worked in the past are gone. Sales team was very car sales man like, scripted sales pitches and no room for being yourself. Cookie cutter sales which is similar to the product that they are selling that has no wiggle room for expression or individuality. Bullying and manipulating tactics of older more experienced managers that would ask to meet at local coffee shops away from office and propose ‘deals’ to help them get out of sticky situations by offering to take on work loads which you would be paid for it discreetly over a period of time so that nobody would notice. . All very sneaky and shady stuff!

Pros

Quick paced, equipment supplied, all levels of experience welcomed. I’ve been there not long and already got a pay raise.

Cons

Lots of politics and lies. They hire you and tell you as part time you will work a minimum of 25 hours a week. When you’ll maybe get 2 hours week. District managers will promise things and then turn around and get furious for you inquiring about them; all the while getting different lies. The “training” woman I had was more concerned with her ego and asserting dominance over everyone that training didn’t happen. She was rude, condescending, and impossible to keep on track.
