Good company going down the drain

Pros

Excellent people, all passionate about the craft. If you like children, this is a great gig for working with them in a positive way. They mainly are looking for portrait photographers, but if you can show skill with 35mm photography, you can also get experience doing candids and sports.

Cons

Very early mornings and lots of travel. 6am to 2PM is a typical shift. Wages akin to fast food. No benefits. Heavy equipment to lift and lots of it. Their proprietary software system is prone to crashing leaving you in difficult spots where children are left waiting while computers reboot. They consistently change the rules.
