It's a fun atmosphere. Something different every day. Variety and creativity are a plus. Good people to work with. Job with a sense of purpose

Cons

There is a lot of driving. But they compensate you for that. Hours dwindle towards the end of the season. Jobs can cancel due to snow

Unexpected hours. Could be working 15 hours with no lunch. Manager didn’t care. Schools sometimes left in the dark. Unorganized.
