Pros

Management promotes team oriented/family atmosphere. They have an understanding of the sales process & what objections we deal with on a daily basis. Provide great support to Sales Team to help overcome those objections.

Cons

Overcoming some of the mistakes company made in the past.

Pros

Learning about angles and how to take good pictures. Getting home by 2 in the afternoon everyday.

Cons

Training is supposed to be 3 weeks, adding up the days I've been in training totals to one week. On your days off (nothing on the schedule) they expect you to be available. In case someone calls in, or they schedule teams meetings. The biggest issue I have is this was advertised as a full time seasonal job. I've worked here a month and $500 dollars. Average about 16 hours a week. The contests are not mandatory, but they way Supervisors talk about them and try to coerce you into doing you would think it was. If you don't participate you're basically shunned.
