Pros

You can learn alot about photography in 1 or 2 seasons Fun roadtrips

Cons

Work Hours are all over the place. Get home at midnight work at 5 am the next day The better you get the more work and responsibilities they will put on your shoulders , back in the day you were rewarded with lead pay now forget about it if you ask for a raise they'll say "we dont have the funding"

Very fulfilling to work with kids Some good leadership, depending on area Training provided

Some of the leadership is pretty garbage, in the standard high-turnover job kind of way Physically taxing The training is not thorough Understaffed, overworked
