Pros

They have a great ESOP plan for employees who become vested after a 7 month period.

Cons

Company chose to close the location and over 300 employees lost their job in just a few days notice.

Pros

The benefits. Retirement, 100% employee owned.

Cons

Little chance for advancement except for a very few. Don't appreciate your skills. No open door policy. Your there to do your job and nothing else. If you have a great idea, don't waste any time sharing it.

Pros

It was a fun environment with a lot of nice people. And if taking pictures is your thing, you'll enjoy the job.

Cons

Hours only really appear during holiday seasons (christmas, occasionally communion, sometimes easter). Outside of peak seasons, your hours get cut DRASTICALLY. The pay raises were nothing. After my 1 year review I got a $.09 raise and I was basically assistant manager.
