Pros

Paid for gas, driving hours, and toll expenses. Friendly group to work with and good teamwork environment. Usually flexible schedule besides peak season.

Cons

Inconsistent work hours. Very busy during school picture season, but very slow the rest of the time. Significant amount of driving time.

Pros

This is a great entry-level job for anyone aspiring to be a portrait or events photographer. You will receive training in specific lighting set-up, and learn to pose clients for portraits. You may also get a chance to do editing and photograph at proms and sporting events. To do this you need to be very responsible, show up ON TIME for your assignment.

Cons

You will often need to show up at schools at 6 am to set-up your equipment so you can be ready to photograph at 7:00 am. It takes about an hour to set up. You will need to carry equipment in your car, or keep at LifeTouch's site, drive there to get equipment, then drive to the school. You need to be ON TIME and have a reliable car. Learn to work as a TEAM and you will be OK.
