Pros

You get to do a different jobs in different places so it's not so boring.

Cons

Travel. Pay isn't good enough for the amount of driving. Not always promised 40 hours yet some weeks you'll work 70. Inconsistent work.

Pros

ESOP ( employee owned company) the only thing matters to this company

Cons

Everything means everything. Upper management got beautiful office with expensive furniture they even have nice cafeteria in the corporate office but employees gets paid hardly NOthing. Open and close studios then restructured here and there then close again the studios because it's not "HEALTHY " for the company because they have employee owners.. Which is sucks if your trying to have a career..
