      Position allows for a decent degree of creativity in work and significant earnings potential

      Cons

      Ability to earn directly impacted by your church consultant's ability to book churches with significant disposable income. Hours are extremely difficult to manage if you have a family--3-11 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Expect to miss every event your child has.

      It was fun to work with the kids & families. You can create long-term connections with the customers, and it's amazing to watch their kids grow up.

      Cons

      The company closed our studio with two weeks notice. All of the employees were "let go" with almost no notice, even those of us who were hired to be on a long-term career track. And they immediately initiated a hiring freeze, so none of the employees were able to find positions in other locations. The company will never pay you what you're worth. I worked there, part time, for 7 years and I never made more than $10 an hour. Really. In 7 years I had 7 managers, only one of which was worth my time as an associate.
