Pros

perfect environment to learn about portrait photography and get some confidence as a photographer Never boring with so many seasons and occasions for families to get photos working with kids!!!! You´ll have some required shots but after that you are free to be creative

Cons

$ is really bad I personally didn´t like being forced to spend more time selling other photographers pictures instead of taking them myself. schedules can be hectic and hard to reconcile with your family´s schedule. (I would say is a job for young people with no kids)

Pros

Nice people to work with - Even though the pay is low they have a nice company stock plan

Cons

Very low pay - Management is struggling with technology changes - they need a better vision for the next phase of the company. They have no plans for the changes the portrait industry is going through, Sales are not what they used to be. Corporate life is much different than the field. I worked at corporate and the field employees are looked at as just a commodity.
