Starting pay can be ok, but raises do not come frequently or ever. They provide paid training for photographers. Company share is given instead of 401K which can really add up fast for long-term employees!

Typically this company does not have a large budget for its territory offices. If you plan on being a photographer, the work is HARD. You have to be on location at schools very early and carry all your own equipment (company supplied). The equipment is heavy and will fill an entire car easily. You will put thousands of extra miles on your car.
