Pros

The one thing that has been the best has been some of my fellow employees, some have become good friends.

Cons

The absolute lack of respect, being threatened with job loss if you speak out, no decent compensation for years, incompetent and dishonest management, safety code violations, labor code violations and corporate insensitivity.

Pros

Flexible Hours, No experience necessary they have all the tools & support to get you where you need to be, Self Development, Constant recognition not only from your boss, but your boss' boss, and even corporate. Great relationships with co-workers & guest. Good Insurance Plans. Option to join in ESOP. Tuition Reimbursement. Fun, energetic atmosphere.

Cons

Not enough room for advancement. Hours conflict with daycare/family schedules. Not enough hours to share with many team members causing staffing issues often. During off peak season (After Christmas) Opened only 48 hours a week & Managers are suppose to work 40 of them. With closures at 7pm one day 2p another 5p another, it's hard to get hours in.
