Pros

- Despite being corporate, feels like its family owned in the regard that higher ups care about their employees - Paid Drive Time - Paid Hotel for overnight travel - Per Diem for long mileage drives - Gas Reimbursement - Car Wear and Tear Reimbursement

Cons

- Seasonal (it is full time during the seasonal months but difficult to make a living off of without something else during off season) - You need a large enough car to be able to fit all camera equipment - Schedule varies based upon schedule of the schools you work at - Technical difficulties or school cancellations may affect your hours if you need to leave early or if you get taken off of days due to cancellations.

Pros

Honed skills as a photographer, made great partnerships with schools and other venues

Cons

Micromanagement, claim transparency but lies, long hours working and driving, poor communication, egotistic co-workers, favoritism, poor training, cliques, departments pit against one another, very physical, mileage reimbursement doesn't adequately make up for the wear & tear on your personal vehicle, the list goes on!
