They care about their employees and have a good product for the customer. Decent benefits.

Cons

Sometimes Canadian employees are forgotten about because it is a US company.

Pros

ESOP Profit Sharing program, Health Insurance, Good local management.

Cons

Sometimes the Middle level management could be inept and Senior Management as well, especially when it came to wasting money on acquisitions that would just turnaround and negate their non-compete agreement and go right back into business after Lifetouch (Pre-Shutterfly Ownership) paid them for their business/accounts.
