The students reaction to picture day is the best.

Cons

Often times then not, the supervisors here are being overworked with no real honest help from corporate.

•Hired after a five minute zoom interview •Co-workers are generally cool

Cons

•Atrocious pay •Too much travel after being told you’d be put “close to home” during the interview •Communication from upper management is near non-existent unless you’ve done something wrong, then you’re shamed despite not being trained correctly •Long, pointless training

Pros

Learned some basic technical skills about lighting. Provided the opportunity to practice taking portraits and engaging with students to maintain communication skills.

Cons

Low pay. No benefits. Outdated computer systems often made the job extremely frustrating and stressful. Many co-workers were lazy, unprofessional, and took advantage of their roles.
