The people I worked with and the people we helped were fantastic. It was like one big massive family.

Cons

The benefits, the pay, the management, disliked members of the work union. manager hated having his wrist slapped so would blame staff members for imagined infractions

Cons

All about money and cut back the benefits and salary so staff left and then they could only recruit inexperience people. Management do not care, it isn all about keeping the owners happy The care is not safe and surprised there have not been more serious incidents
