Pros

Above average compensation, some nice regular employees mixed in with career opportunist backstabbers

Cons

Practical policies aren't written and changed at the whim of the individual supervisor. 4-5 FTE down the year I was there. Lack of management accountability and thus, lack of personnel support by management. Trainings held do not help with day to day tasks. Forced on call work at least weekly. 5-15 hours a week of unpaid overtime. Management does not properly recognize employee achievements
