No opportunity for growth Extremely low pay (office run by interns) Management isn't trained well (most, not all) Don't really care about your professional success Overload you with work that's not your responsibility

Pros

Liftable's co-workers are some of the best people I've ever met. Everyone is extremely helpful and ultimately very driven.

Cons

One downside to this company is the fact that their upper level management is an absolute joke. No transparency, unjust compensation and severe lack of communication. The other, deals with their business model. When your entire existence as a company revolves around Facebook algorithms, it is bound to fail sooner rather than later.

At first and in one division, it was great. Professional team. Easy to work with. Organized.

Cons

Financial issues and in another division, disorganization, chaos, some egos run rampant. Inconsistencies. Sad to see.
