      Pros

      - You get the chance to help impact literally millions of people who read The Western Journal for news, commentary, lifestyle, and sports coverage. - LMI's mission is great -- "driving positive cultural change through media" -- and the company management believes in it 100% - Family-like atmosphere, accommodating almost to a fault - No big cliques or groups that look down on others -- everybody's valued - Management is extremely approachable

      Cons

      - Publishing in general, including digital, is in flux right now (2019) so a high tolerance for change and flexibility is important. If you want the exact same thing, day in day out, for months at a time, LMI could be a challenging place to work.

      Pros

      The people. Awesome coworkers to work with who consistently brighten my day. They work hard, and it shows. The growth. The company is growing a lot, and it looks like Liftable Media is going to keep moving in that direction. It's cool to look back every now and reflect on the progress we've made as a company.

      Cons

      The office. We've grown to the point where we're in 4 different buildings. It'll be nice to all be under one roof once we move into our new building so we can collaborate more effectively.
