      At first and in one division, it was great. Professional team. Easy to work with. Organized.

      Cons

      Financial issues and in another division, disorganization, chaos, some egos run rampant. Inconsistencies. Sad to see.

      - You get the chance to help impact literally millions of people who read The Western Journal for news, commentary, lifestyle, and sports coverage. - LMI's mission is great -- "driving positive cultural change through media" -- and the company management believes in it 100% - Family-like atmosphere, accommodating almost to a fault - No big cliques or groups that look down on others -- everybody's valued - Management is extremely approachable

      Cons

      - Publishing in general, including digital, is in flux right now (2019) so a high tolerance for change and flexibility is important. If you want the exact same thing, day in day out, for months at a time, LMI could be a challenging place to work.
