Employees are great! Management is awful...

Pros

Liftable's co-workers are some of the best people I've ever met. Everyone is extremely helpful and ultimately very driven.

Cons

One downside to this company is the fact that their upper level management is an absolute joke. No transparency, unjust compensation and severe lack of communication. The other, deals with their business model. When your entire existence as a company revolves around Facebook algorithms, it is bound to fail sooner rather than later.

Pros

The company is growing very rapidly. Manager is more than willing to help you learn many great skills that will be useful throughout your entire career. Great company culture! Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming, and supportive!

Cons

The company is growing very quickly so at the moment many employees have responsibilities that wouldn't necessarily fit into their job description.

Pros

Growing, provides experience, young, the people. Work here if: you just want a job out of college that offers unique experiences.

Cons

Do not work here if you have talent or want fair compensation. Management is slow to react to employees needs or constantly changing field of digital publishing. They view employees as being replaceable and will try to screw you out of pay. Do not care about mission as much as making money. Also Anthem is not a great place to live unless you are 55+ or have a family. You will also have to perform numerous tasks outside of job description without compensation.
