This is a common complaint among the reviews here: wage theft. It happens at both the franchised centers and the corporate ones. I had to go through DLI to be properly compensated for over 40 hours of work, and it took more than six months to get what I was owed. Even if you think it won't happen to you, make sure you are documenting EVERYTHING, because in the event that you need to open a wage complaint case with the DLI, you want to make sure you have all of that documentation so that you can get your earnings. Don't let them steal from you; opening a case with DLI is free. Know your rights.
