I gain a lot insight on the curriculum that is offer here. Children and parents are eager to come to school everyday.

Cons

Extremely low pay for the long hours and work we put in everyday. Very unprofessional staff, staff members don't care about your health and still want you to come in even if sick.

It was a weekday job Monday through Friday and the hours were flexible and reasonable.

Cons

Even though there were reasonable hours, the pay is not what I'm looking for.

Great pay for a day care teacher 75% of health benefits paid for for full time employees. Also great staff and kids to work with!
