I have worked for Lightbridge Academy on and off for over 10 years. I have "dabbled" in other childcare companies (both corporate and privately owned) and nothing ever felt like home as much as Lightbridge Academy did. From the values, to the support of the franchise owners and Home Office, to being given the opportunity to be part of a child's (and teachers') love of learning daily is a beautiful thing. Helping every person who comes through our door along their life journey is why we do what we do. Whether they start as an infant and graduate Pre-K or a teacher graduating and becoming a nurse- we're family and here for everyone every step of the way. I leave every day excited for the next and truly love what I do.
