Working with children and enhancing their skills emotionally, physically, and mentally.

Cons

Strict policies and guidelines, parents are always right and teachers are under supported, you’re on live camera all day in which you can be watched by any families paying for the camera service, and lastly- underpaid for such a “prestigious” early childcare learning center.

Admin does NOT help. Any time there is an emergency no one is there to help you. Gossip amongst the teachers is common.

Cons

Workers are underpaid and put under a lot of stress. Employee child care is expensive. Health Benefits are incredibly expensive, and to cover your family "you will be working just for insurance." - quote from director
