The moral foundation and value system of this company is unlike any other I have worked for. They appreciate their employees, celebrate their successes, and support them to achieve excellence. I would never work for anyone else in childcare. We are all a family here.

I have worked for this company for almost 5 years now. I have never felt more appreciated and loved anywhere else that I have worked. We truly are a family here. They stand by their core values and treat all of the families and staff members as if we were their own family. The staff here has become family to me, and most have been here with me for all of the 5 years here. This company allows you to grow, and become your best self.

Cons

The benefits are very good, 401 k (where they match up to 5%), great health benefits etc. but the initial annual salary can be higher.
