I have worked at Lightbridge Academy of Mahwah for the past 9 years. Both the staff and administration are extremely approachable, allowing for a great deal of assistance and growth. Helping children grow and thrive at Lightbridge Academy has been extremely rewarding. Seeing the smiling faces on a daily basis can brighten anyone's day! Both the staff and families at Lightbridge Academy of Mahwah have become like a family of my own. I would definitely recommend Lightbridge Academy to anyone out there! It is a great place to work!

While vacation days can sometimes be minimal compared to other schools, Lightbridge Academy has a great flexibility rate!
