I think if I work hard then I will be appreciated by management. They try to do nice things for employees like putting out treats on Fridays and once a month doing something for the employees.

I have been working at this center for nearly a year now, and it is such a great place to work and has truly giving me such a great experience! The director and owner are incredibly kind people and always are flexible to work with their employees schedules. They are extremely understanding and only want what is best for the center and its employees. The director knows the names of every child, parent, sibling, staff, and their families that work and are enrolled in the building!! She can be tough at times however, that is because management know how great the staff are, she believes strongly in her teachers, and wants them to succeed!

Cons

Reading the negative 2 star review entitled "so tired" is the only con about the center, simply because they do not deserve it. If an employee is so disgruntled by their current situation they should speak to the director and/or owner to make their own situation a better one, instead of publishing an anonymous review and taking jabs at other coworkers. The only way to create change is to be positive and create it yourself. If he/she thinks things are so horrible, they should try and be more positive and understanding. Like the saying goes, "Be the Change You wish to See in the World". The Center is GREAT and the families are GREAT and the staff/management are a lot of fun to work with!
