Honestly, just the kids & some of the parents

Cons

Employees are overworked & overwhelmed most of the time, employees do not respect each other. Higher management runs this place on a he/she said basis like they're stilll in high school. In addition, employees are severely underpaid for all the work they do.

My experience has been a positive one. I have been provided with autonomy and trust to try new things and be creative in my role. It is a growing company where we wear many hats but it has allowed me opportunities to cross train in a many different fields.
