There are are no pros, children shuffled around just to meet numbers, not on development

Cons

Director and asst director have no clue what they are doing, they don'y know how to staff properly, don't know the children names or what class they are in,their only concern is to fill up the school, everything is about money not the children, supplies are low, recently,there was no toilet paper in the building!
