Good benefits, flexible, small team environment, lots of PTO

Cons

No bonuses, underpaid, micro management, lots of unplanned downtimes, poor communication. No perks for technicians coming onsite everyday

Pay is good enough to live on.

Cons

Poorly run. Hr is horrible and is trying to remove the union. Schedule is horrible. Your expected to meet production requirements even when your machine is not working.
