Pros

Good pay with good benefits. Most of your co-workers are awesome to work with. A pretty relaxed atmosphere for the most part.

Cons

Just not a good place to work anymore. Employee morale is down. Work to many hours and not enough people. Never get a day off. No way to move up.

Pros

Direct managers will fight for you, pay is good, benefits are good, bonuses are good when you get them

Cons

Corp. doesn't care about how hard the employees are worked. They down-size and then don't allow managers to hire so work is continuously being put on top of employees that already have more on their plate than they can handle. They lay off and then will not provide an explanation as to why you were the person let go.
