Business Outlook
Pros
Most of the people have easy jobs. Not too much of a physical demand. You get paid lunch breaks... but they’re incredibly short. The upper management is nice. Very understanding, down to earth people, and open minded. Overtime is very available. A lot of Saturday work. A very family oriented plant.
Cons
The lunches are short, but since they’re paid, you learn to eat fast or not at all. Prepare to spend years as a temporary employee unless you have family working there already. Temps do not get yearly raises or paid vacations. It’s easy to burn out and lose morale watching people get paid significantly more for the same work.
