It’s rewarding to help change the lives of kids. That’s what makes it worth it at all.

Cons

This company cares much more about making profit and building a good reputation than the clients being served. The employee satisfaction and enjoyment is way too far down on the priority list.

Pros

1. Seek to improve families lives 2. look to improve by taking employee suggestions 3. success of the child and transition services 4. Personal touch by how they first start w LAC 5. Looks after employees (through good and bad) 6. Community charity and support

Cons

1. So many ideas are being implemented at once and they are not tested enough and they either fall short or have to be revised ALOT, which creates more work. Have a test group. Not every idea needs to be done at once. 2. Starting to lose the personal touch by looking at numbers and turning away older kids 3. A lot of the new centers do not make sense for the children that are in them. It would be better if they were more functional . 4. Staff retention (in the centers mainly)
