My co-workers, managers, and executives are all kind, down to earth people who actually care about our goals, our members, and about the people who work here! The benefits are good as well as the pay. PTO is generous compared to other companies. Nice to work for a company that seeks the feed back of all its employees. Great 401K Match program too! I continually see people being promoted from within the company.

Cons

No specific Flexible Work Schedule / Hours program is available, but in my experience the managers are as flexible as they can be in order to help people.

None. I didn't stay long enough to find out if it would improve.

Cons

Dark offices with minimal lighting and no windows. The office smelled of sewage. The job I was required to do was not at all what I interviewed for.
