My co-workers, managers, and executives are all kind, down to earth people who actually care about our goals, our members, and about the people who work here! The benefits are good as well as the pay. PTO is generous compared to other companies. Nice to work for a company that seeks the feed back of all its employees. Great 401K Match program too! I continually see people being promoted from within the company.

Cons

No specific Flexible Work Schedule / Hours program is available, but in my experience the managers are as flexible as they can be in order to help people.

Pros

The benefits are good, the people are great, they want to see their employees happy and succeeding, hard work gets rewarded. Management is approachable, they listen, they're easy to talk to and they're willing to help.

Cons

The only downside is straight PTO time. I liked things better when there was vacation time as well as sick time, but I feel that's the only downside; NECU is doing great!
