Pros

NECU offers great pay and benefits! Flexible with schedules, lots of fun to work for. Lots of opportunity for advancement and career development. If you work a Saturday you get a whole day off during the week to compensate.

Cons

Hard to say anything negative, but as an organization we are constantly trying to better ourselves.

Opportunities for Growth from Within

Great room for growth if you are hungry for it, focused on family, service oriented, community oriented.

Cons

While maternity leave is good here would love to see it improved even more to remain competitive to those growing their families from all perspectives (mothers, fathers, adoptive, foster, etc.).
