Cons

Management is terrible, and over the past two years has become very sales oriented. Most managers are incompetent and very spacey and love to promise things but never follow through. When asked for trainings in branches it’s always a maybe or not this week. Management doesn’t benefit there staff and very arrogant… DO NOT WORK HERE.

Remote work is wonderful, saving me 8 hours of drive time a week.

Cons

Hourly rate of pay is low. Training has been on the fly and rushed in recent years. Not interested in retaining experienced staff. Lack of communication/disconnect between departments

There are plenty of bank holidays you get as paid time off, and generally you don't work weekends or nights.

Cons

Wildly inept management, you're bullied and no one cares and HR is non-confidential so if you complain people find out. Poor work environment, pressure to never take time off and god forbid you're sick and need time off.
