Caring clinical director, reasonable productivity, good work/ life balance for therapists, company places clients first, great therapists
Cons
Poor management of direct care staff, poor company communication, highly conservative values, so overly concerned about drugs they won’t even allow the use of CBD products that might benefit patients, over treat long term patients
